Applying for a property
If you are a renter looking to apply for one of our properties, please be sure to complete all the required fields on our application form. You will also need to include:
- 100 points of ID
- Proof on all income
- Reference details for any previously rented properties
Renter portal
Our renters are kept in the loop with 24/7 access to their property information.
Renters can:
- View property and lease information
- See when rent and bills are due
- Log and monitor maintenance requests
- Message dedicated property manager directly
- Download rent receipts
Maintenance
If you have maintenance to report you have several options available. You can report the maintenance via your tenant portal, sms or email the information to us.
It is recommended that you call us to report urgent maintenance as this will need to be addressed as quickly as possible.
Pets
If you are currently living in a rental property and would like to introduce a new pet into your family, you are required to fill in an application form to request approval for your new pet.
Once you have submitted the application, we will speak to the Rental Provider regarding the request and let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
Vacating a property
To vacate a property you are required to give a minimum of 28 days written notice to our office prior to the date you intend to vacate the property. However, the date you intend to vacate should not be before the expiry date on a current fixed term lease. If you wish to vacate prior to your current lease expiry date, then you may be liable for a break lease fee and must continue to pay rent and maintain the property until a new renter is found or until the end of your lease.
